We recommend it. All in all everything was perfect, had a very good stay for Cinque Terre visit. The location was unbeatable, a super close walk to a historic castle.

The staff - some of them were not very helpful.

Well-equipped and fully furnished unit with an electric kettle and refrigerators. Unbeatable and nice location, restaurants and bars walk from the hotel. Set walk from a railway station in the secure area.

We had a luxury double room with beautiful terrace, good extras and huge bathroom. Tea and coffee making facilities, and refrigerators were a big plus.

The units are neat, modern with huge bathroom, all comforts, for instance. Affable staff ensures you spend a very good time here.

the hotel was in a perfect and exceptionally nice location, close to mall. moreover, it's next to the central train station as well as to the city centre and the main pedestrian street. double room was brand-new.

The rooms are nice and exceptional with a terrace and the staff are kind. The location is marvellous and brilliant, coffee house and eateries were close to the hotel.

Everything was perfect here - amicable staff and silent rooms. Exceptionally comfortable beds and central heating, an individual safe and flat-screen television. Quiet atmosphere and private bathroom. Smooth check-in, easy check-out. Not to mention excellent wifi! Unbeatable and particularly good location with private parking onsite...

The location was marvellous and brilliant for visiting eateries and canteens close to the hotel. Close to a train station, exactly what I wanted. The staff was kind, provided a quick check-in and an easy check-out. Got double room when arrived, liked that:)))

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, with a fantastic room that exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect, just a few minutes away from the train station and city center. The staff, especially Roberta, was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with valuable information about visiting Cinque Terre and Portovenere. The cleanliness of the room and the daily housekeeping were top-notch.

Hotel breakfast could have been better with more variety of options.

Real Rooms in La Spezia is the best new hip hotel with wonderful staff and gorgeous rooms. They have Wheelchair Accessible rooms with a great shower and a terrace. The location is great with a nearby coffee store and eateries. Plus, there's Ristorante Roma, just a short walk away.

Great staff, ideal location, very clean room, close to train station and city centre, perfect for visiting Cinque Terre, accommodating host.

Nothing it is perfect.

The room was conveniently located near the train station, making it easy to travel to 5 Terre. We enjoyed a good quality Italian breakfast at a nearby cafeteria.

The staff seemed more interested in giving generic tourist recommendations than understanding our preferences.
